Calvados Château du Breuil AOC Pays d'Auge - 15 year old
Color : brown
Bouquet : nice intensity with first bouquet of vanilla ending on woody and toasted notes.
Palate : nice attack sweet and melted. You then find notes of apple and fresh quince with a mouth end on fresh walnut and kernel
C'est Nous Gin
Color : none
Bouquet : very fragrant, notes of citrus and aromatics
Palate : the attack is first heavy on the juniper berry, followed by the freshness of citrus. For finale, you get sweet spices thanks to coriander.
