DISTILLERY
The most awarded rum in the world. On the rum planet, Trinidad Distillers Limited holds a truly special place. It is the only distillery in Trinidad. TDL rums owe their character to their unique fermentation process. It must be said that the yeasts developed by Robert Siegert in 1949 are still used today.
THE REFINING OF OUR CELLAR MASTER
The Madeira barrel harmonizes the notes, brings density, but also aromatic power. Then the barrel of Bourbon comes to soften the whole in order to melt the structure. The palate is completed with an elegant note of candied orange, to give fullness and roundness to the whole.

There are notes of cocoa, clove and coconut. The palate is rather short, but very supple.
