TRINIDAD
Color : amber gold
Bouquet : notes of cocoa, clove and coconut
Palate : notes of candied orange, to give wideness and roundness to it.
BELIZE
Color : clear coppery
Bouquet : flower honey, ripe banana and a slight caramel, deepness of delicate candied fruits
Palate : light and floral at first, lines the palate, then notes of baked banan, citrus and cocoa. Finale is creamy with cinnamon and raisin flavours
BARBADOS
Color : amber
Bouquet : plant notes, then candied orange, de nutmeg and coconut cream notes.
Palate : attack on dried banana, black pepper and cinnamon. Then notes of roasted pineapple, ripe fruits and coconut develop.
