Unique Norman Spirits
In 2016, French sommelier Julie Le Roux and English gin lover Dave Granville created Distillerie C’est Nous, a micro-distillery based in Caen. The C’est Nous Distillery is tradition exploited in a start-up spirit. Each spirit is divided into small batches, each being slowly heated in traditional copper stills to retain all the flavors and thus ensure quality.
In July 2021, La Spiriterie Française, Château du Breuil – Normandie invests and joins forces with the C’est Nous Distillery in order to combine their strengths and increase the notoriety of Norman spirits. This collaboration also makes it possible to create a research and development laboratory to offer innovative products.
