THE REFINING OF OUR CELLAR MASTER
This rum from Barbados has been refined for several months in the cellars of Château du Breuil. Its stay in ex-French oak barrels, then in American oak barrels having contained a cognac-based spirit, gives it roundness and complexity.
This rum is marked by a light and well-melted woodiness. It expresses vegetal notes, then aromas of candied orange, nutmeg and coconut cream.
Nice attack on dried banana, black pepper and cinnamon. Then develop notes of roasted pineapple, ripe fruit and coconut.
