THAÏLAND
Color: old gold
Bouquet : marked by the plant with scents of licorice, sage and bergamo.. All is raised by lime zest and black pepper.
Palate : marked by flavours like dark chocolate and caramel.
AUSTRALIA
Color : gold to heavy amber
Bouquet : woodiness and vanilla aromas, with notes of black pepper, licorice and caramel.
Palate : a floral expression, particularly the iris and notes of licorice, honey and cocoa.
BELIZE
Color : orange brown
Bouquet : greet sweetness, opulent. With sugarcane juice come notes of sweet spices, honey, raisins and citrus zests.
Palate : soft attack that then reveal soft tannins with notes of blond tobacco and cocoa.
