Bacoo has its own sugar cane juice extraction machines. The manufacturing process is self-sufficient and eco-friendly. The juice is fermented with its natural yeasts and distilled at the Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos (AFD) distillery. No additives are used. The rum is aged in old bourbon casks, then bottled.
Bacoo rums are crafted from pure sugar cane juice from the Dominican Republic. Their typical aromas and flavours include chocolate caramel, vanilla and honey.

Notes of caramel, papaya and banana with a soft, full body. A warm and long finish with hints of butterscotch.
