Description
ALDEA Familia is a limited edition rum which draws on the knowledge of three generations of master rum makers.
It was created to commemorate the first rum produced on the island of Palma by the Quevedo family in 1969.
Aged exclusively French oak casks, it is a blend of 15-year-old rums made from sugar cane juice.
The result is a rum with a fabulous bouquet of oak, resin, nuts and tobacco.
Drinking recommend-ations
Ideal as an aperitif or after-dinner drink, it can also be enjoyed in a cocktail. Excellent with a chocolate dessert.
Palate
Well-balanced on the palate with oaky, fruity notes leading to a soft, smooth finish with a hint of salinity.

Sugar cane, slightly oaky with fruity notes
