We use a range of rums in various states of development, carefully selected to enable you to learn about our expertise in the ageing of these spirits. We enhance the rums’ aromas, giving them an extra something while respecting their origins and their initial crafting. You will taste some innovative rums that have been aged and bottled on the Estate either in the Château’s bar or in our private garden, weather permitting.
