Château du Breuil has decided to give birth to Château du Breuil Single Malts, a range of whiskeys resulting from exceptional expertise in blending and true mastery of distillation.

Palate
On the attack, flavors of sourdough, cocoa and fresh figs appear. The profile then becomes more complex with notes of kirsch cherries, red fruits and candied oranges.
Sweetness and gluttony merge within a beautiful roundness.
Bouquet
Walnuts, plums, hazelnuts and liquorice accompany the sweetness of the malty flavors and the lightness of a woody vanilla.
Color
Coppery amber
By selecting this variety for its first range, Château du Breuil has favored quality over quantity. Indeed, Golden Promise barley has the particularity of having a low yield per hectare (1/3 lower than current varieties) and pure alcohol (10% lower than current varieties).
Une orge rare et de grande qualité que le Château du Breuil a eu à cœur de respecter tout au long des différentes étapes de production comme le maltage traditionnel pour respecter le grain et le touraillage de faible intensité pour privilégier le goût de la céréale, entre autres.
