Château du Breuil has decided to give birth to Château du Breuil Single Malts, a range of whiskeys resulting from exceptional expertise in blending and true mastery of distillation.
- LE BREUIL ORIGIN SIngle Malt
- Barley : Golden Promise
- Farms : James Fawcett, Aberford – Yorkshire Wolds, Driffield
- Casks : Mint French oak, used bourbon, used Blue Swift(200 – 265 Liters)
Palate
We feel, at first, aromas of sweet almonds and linseed; later enhanced by flavors of linden, vanilla and stone fruits.
Natural sweetness. Freshness and roundness cover the palate
Bouquet
Characterized by notes of peach, pear and hazelnut, a delicate woodiness and hints of fresh malt.
