José Manuel Quevedo and his sister Maria Jesus Quevedo proudly perpetuate the family tradition and the craftsmanship elaboration spirit of the first rum masters.
AGEING OF OUR CELLAR MASTER
This Canary Island rum has been aged several months in the Château du Breuil cellar. Its journey in American
oak, red pineau or white pineau brings roundness, an elegant structure and spicy, fruity and floral aromas.
Bouquet
Great softness, opulent. Aromatic profile of sugarcane adds up to touches of soft
spices, honey, raisins and citrus zests.
Color
Orange brown with mahogany hints
Palate
Supple attack then reveals supple tannins with blond tobacco, and cocoa.
