DOMINICAN REPUBLIC
Color : coppery with rosy reflections
Bouquet : gourmet, orange flavours, coffee and vanilla. Notes of sour cherries and caramel wrap it all up.
Palate : attack is frank on coffee and cocoa flavours. Then come the spices and discreet forest fruits.
GUYANA
Color : mahogany brown
Bouquet : aromatic profile is very powerful marked by esters and banana notes. Mineral and olive flavours then follow.
Palate : powerful flavours of banana complexified by notes of red fruits, caramel and vanilla. Finale expresses itself with roundness one the candied fruits and oxidative notes.
TRINIDAD
Color : amber gold
Bouquet : notes of cocoa, clove and coconut
Palate : note of candied orange, to give wideness and roundness to it.
