Description
Aldea Tradition is a pure cane juice rum, distilled in 1991 on the family estate on the Canary Islands and aged for 22 years in American white oak casks. It was bottled in 2013.
It is a limited edition rum and each bottle is numbered.
This premium rum with notes of vanilla, cocoa, and coconut is bottled at 40% vol.
The result is a very luscious, fruity and easy-drinking rum.
Palate
On the palate we find notes of tobacco and spices wrapped up in tropical fruit, vanilla and coconut milk. The finish is luscious and oaky.
Nose
The nose opens with notes of caramel. The oak is sweet.
