C’EST NOUS GIN
Our gin is French wheat alcohol based along with 9 aromatics including the essential juniper berry, angelica root, lemon, orange and coriander. It is only after a slow maceration of these aromatics that the distillation begins. Then, the Gin will be preserved and put to rest in order to harmonize.
Tasting tips
Taste the C’est Nous gin as you like it : in cocktail, tonic or pure.
Palate
The attack is marked by the juniper berry, followed by the freshness of citrus. In finale, you get sweet spices thanks to coriander.
