It is 2 to 3 years old and 40° alcohol. This is the youngest Calvados in our range. Fresh, tonic, refined, vigorous, very fruity, it allows you to discover Calvados AOC Pays d’Auge.
It contains all the flavors of Normandy. Ideal for cooking, baking, or for less traditional ways of drinking a cocktail.
Tasting guide
Ideal as a cocktail (long drink and short drink), or in the kitchen: flambéing (meat, pancakes, etc.), sauces (with cream, fruit salads, etc.), pastries (Tatin tart, babas and others).
