Description
The alliance apple and vanilla is a classic of French gastronomy. Château du Breuil was inspired by it to create this unique and innovative drink, an original aperitif with only 16° vol.
It is a mixture of Calvados (the only alcohol used in its composition), apple juice and vanilla.“Coeur du Breuil Vanilla” brings a touch of exoticism to as an aperitif, for dessert or after the meal. This product with an original taste appeals to anyone who wants to discover or appreciate Calvados in a different way.
Tasting guide
Chilled, pure or on ice, but also diluted with champagne or dry sparkling wine.
Ideal ingredient for your cocktails, your fruit salad, your pastries or with Roquefort cheese.
Palate
Round and silky, with notes of caramelized baked apples and natural vanilla pods. The vanilla enhances the taste of the apple and gives it a superb length in the mouth.
