COLD BREW
In collaboration with their coffee roaster neighbor Café Dauré, the C’est Nous Distillery selected coffee beans from Kenya, for the fruity side, and Ethiopia, for intensity. The coffee is then roasted and grinded before crossing the street. We get the coffee liqueur by drip cold brew extraction. This technique without heating makes it possible to preserve all the finesse and freshness of the coffee without adding bitterness.
