Limoncello
All starts with a collaboration between Distillerie C’est Nous and le
Café des Images (a social cinema in Caen). Inspired by the film ‘” Nul
Homme n’est une île” by Domique Marchais, a co-operative was
created to purchase citrus fruits straight from the producers in
Sicily, produced using environmentally friendly and traditional
methods.
Tasting guide
The C’est Nous limoncello is served as an aperitif ou digestive. It is also ideal for making cocktails. The lemony side goes deliciously with desserts, especially in a fruit salad, in an ice cream or in a sorbet.
