This blend of rums was designed in consultation between the Cellar Master of the French Spiritery, Château du Breuil – Normandy and the teams of the Bielle distillery in order to design a silky and gourmet rum, with exotic notes of fruits and spices; perfect reflection of West Indian tradition associated with the values of Château du Breuil. The Bielle distillery, located off Guadeloupe on the island of Marie Galante on the site of a former sugar industry, works in the purest tradition of the French West Indies. It produces an agricultural rum pure cane juice of very high quality..

a powerful bouquet, with fragrances of fresh sugar cane and kaffir lime. Perceptible notes of exotic fruits pineapple , guava ), spices and vanilla.

an explosive attack of sugar cane juice, citrus and ginger, progressively expanding into notes of creole spices, pepper and flowers. The finish is intense and fresh, delivered by flavours of mocha, vanilla and orange blossom.
