Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos, distillery founded in 2010, of of the main agricultural companies of Dominican Republican, is located in St Pedro de Macoris. This distillery is very much commited to social and environmental criteria (97% certified eco-responsible and self sufficient in energy through the use of cane bagasse (fibrous residue) in the boilers. Its plantations represent 2700 Ha of cane. Its distillation apparatus is made of 5 stainless steel columns, and a battery of fermentation tanks of 1800 HL. Fermentation of molasses for 18 hours. Aging of their rums mostly in ex bourbon casks (and undoubtedly some French oak). The share of angels reaches a maximum of 12% annually. It is one of the distilleries with the highest level of modernity in the Caribbean / Latin America.
THE REFINING OF OUR CELLAR MASTER
This Dominican Republic rum has been refined several months in the cellars of Chateau du Breuil. Its stay in ex-Port and American oak barrels gives it indulgence. A rum with sweet notes of honey, vanilla and black fruits..
This gourmet ron expresses itself on orange, coffee and vanilla flavours. Notes of sour cherries and caramel wrap it all up.
Coppery with gold reflections
Attack is frank with coffee and cocoa flavours. Then come the spices and discreet forest fruits.
