For their The Whistler whiskeys, the raw materials used are 100% natural and 100% Irish, and the water is drawn from the family spring. Distillation is carried out in hand-crafted copper stills and the family’s 2,000 casks provide an infinite variety of ageing options.
MOSAÏC MARSALA CASK
Initially matured in bourbon casks following by a further ageing period spent in high-quality Sicilian Marsala casks, this whiskey is superbly well-balanced and bursting with fruit on the nose and palate.

Warm caramel and hazelnut on entry to the palate with notes of dried citrus, apricot and honey
Bouquet
A burst of citrus, dry citrus peel and lime with notes of vanilla, chocolate and spices
