The Aldea distillery is located on the island of La Palma where 4 generations of the Quevedo family have perpetuated their rum-making tradition.
Crafted from a mixture of sugar cane juice and molasses, this rum has been aged for 8 years in old casks.
This process lends it slightly sweet, spicy and fruity flavours.
