Description
The ingredients for this gin first macerate for several hours in the spirit. The juniper berries as well as the herbs that include lemon balm, edelweiss, woodruff and lavender are thus able to develop all their aromas and flavours. This maceration is followed by distillation and the addition of glacier water.
Xellent Swiss Edelweiss Gin is the first gin made with Xellent vodka as well as the first gin to use Edelweiss flowers.
